• Church The church is an active sacramental building where Masses, Baptisms, First Communions, Confession, Confirmation, Weddings, Funerals, Stations of the Cross, Masses and other events take place.  By and large you must be registered with the church or one of the sacramental programs in order to have access to the church for an event.  Infrequently there will be music and faith formation events held in the church.  However we do offer a non-parishioner rate for weddings.    Click here for questions about scheduling the church.   Seating capacity: 850

  Parish Hall The Parish Hall is used for dances, receptions, large meetings and scout events.  There are 13 round tables (six feet in diameter) that seat 10, 18 double tables that seat 12 and a limited number of 6 foot rectangular single tables.  There are approximately 280 chairs.  The kitchen can be used for events in this room and there is a stage.  A piano is located on the stage.  Room capacity:  212 Room dimensions:  Floor - 48' by 72' and Stage - 25' deep by 32' across Kitchen equipment:  Freezer, refrigerator, sinks, bathroom.

  Gym The gym is used primarily as....wait for it......a gym.  Imagine that.  But with the proper decorations this is a very nice venue for big receptions.  The annual school auction is held in the gym due to the large capacity.  If you would like to use this room for an event that is not sporting, be prepared to do work.  There are a limited number of chairs and tables stored in this room but rental companies such as Ducky Bobs will deliver all the tables and chairs one could want.  The kitchen may be used for events in this room and there is a sound system in the main room.  Room capacity:   Floor – 423                Bleachers – 386                    Total – 809 Room dimensions: 61' by 104' Kitchen equipment:  Freezer, refrigerator, stove with oven, ice machine, sinks, dishwasher.

  Media Center This room is used for mid-sized meetings and is available only for parish or diocesan events.  There are 14 tables that seat 4 and 108 chairs and both a sound and video system for this room.  A foyer is attached to this room which may be used to setup exhibits, for food or as a check in area for meetings.  Food is not allowed inside the Media Center.  Please respect this.   401 This room is multifunctional and can be used for small receptions, meetings, classes and a multitude of events.  This room shares a kitchen with the gym and has a serving window to that kitchen.  There are tables and chairs to accommodate approximately 50 people.  A foyer is attached to this room which may be used to setup exhibits, for food or as a check in area for meetings. Room Capacity: 80 Room dimensions: 30' by '40 Kitchen equipment:  Freezer, refrigerator, stove with oven, ice machine, sinks, dishwasher.

  402 This room is multifunctional and can be used for small, meetings, classes and other events.  The room is furnished with tables and chairs. Room Capacity: 62 Room dimensions: 25' by '37 There are two bathrooms on the same floor as this room.

  403 This room is multifunctional and can be used for small, meetings, classes and other events.  The room is furnished with tables and chairs.  There is a craft sink also. Room Capacity: 110 Room dimensions: 39' by '42 There are two bathrooms on the same floor as this room.

  404 This room is used primarily for choir rehearsals.  There is seating and a table. Room Capacity: 37 Room dimensions: 22' by '25 There are two bathrooms on the same floor as this room.

  Downstairs Pastoral Office Conference Room This room is used for small meetings called by a priest or a staff member who would be present at the meeting.  Generally this room is not available for reservation.  There are 20 chairs. Room Capacity: 20 Room dimensions: 15' by 19'

  Scout Room This room is used for scout events.  Access to this room is normally arranged through the parish scouting coordinator.  This room is generally not available for reservation.  There are 35 folding chairs.   Youth Room This room is used for youth events and before/after school care.  This room is generally not available for reservation.  This room has a bathroom and kitchen facility.
