Throughout the many years of the parish, the leadership has used their vision and the strength of the parishioners to meet the needs of the parish. The original campus consisted of a church, a couple of offices, some closets, a convent, a nurses office, 5 classrooms, a kitchen and a cafeteria. In very short order expansion was the keyword of the day. The original school was expanded multiple times and the convent was expanded. New buildings, most notably the current church, were added to the property. Additional property was purchased to expand parking, add ministries and allow for a day care center.
But all of the major projects have not been additions and expansions. There have been many notable enhancements to the property particularily at the church with the repair of a beam and the marble flooring.
We are proud of our history and excited about the future. On the links to the right we pay homage to those visionaries that preceeded us and document many projects. The projects range from the repair of one of the wooden support beams to the meaning of the stained glass in the church. It is always fun to see what is new and how it was done!
