It is the responsibility of all parishioners that use these rooms to set-up and clean-up for themselves. Those individuals or groups that shirk this responsibility will be either be charged for the mess or denied future privileges.

Room capacities listed are the City of Dallas fire code limits of 15 sq ft per person.

When a reservation is accepted, the heating and air will be programmed for this event. There is no need to make a separate request for this.

Church
The church is an active sacramental building where Baptisms, First Communions, Confession, Confirmation, Weddings, Funerals, Stations of the Cross, Masses and other events take place. By and large you must be registered with the church or one of the sacramental programs in order to have access to the church for an event. Infrequently there will be music and revival events held. Parish Hall
The Parish Hall is used for dances, receptions, large meetings and scout events. There are 13 round tables (six feet in diameter) that seat 10, 18 double tables that seat 12 and a limited number of 6 foot rectangular single tables. There are approximately 280 chairs. There is a kitchen that can be used for events in this room and there is a stage. A piano is located in this space.

Gym
The gym is used primarily as......a gym. Imagine that. If you would like to use this room for an event that is not sporting, be prepared to do work. There are a limited number of chairs and tables for this room. There is a kitchen that can be used for events in this room. There is a sound system for this room.

Media Center
This room is used for mid-sized meetings. There are 14 tables that seat 4 and 108 chairs. There is a sound system for this room. A foyer is attached to this room which may be used to setup exhibits, for food or as a check in area for meetings. Food is not allowed inside the Media Center. Please respect this.

Communion Hall
Communion Hall is used for dances, receptions, large meetings and scout events. There are 18 round tables (six feet in diameter) that seat 10, 12 double tables that seat 12 and 4 rectangular single tables. There are approximately 290 folding chairs. There is a kitchen that can be used for events in this room. There is a sound system for this room. A foyer is attached to this room which may be used to setup exhibits, for food or as a check in area for meetings. Please respect this. A piano is located in this space.

This room is multifunctional and can be used for small receptions, meetings, classes and a multitude of events. This room shares a kitchen with the gym and has a serving window to that kitchen. There are tables and chairs to accommodate approximately 50 people. A foyer is attached to this room which may be used to setup exhibits, for food or as a check in area for meetings.
