Dear Parents,
Linked please find the summer altar server’s schedule (schedules for June, July
and August). You will not receive another mailing until September. At that
time there will also be information about continuing to train all altar servers
so they can better serve our Parish.
In the meantime please remember the following:
1)
Altar Servers need to sign in as soon as they arrive in the sacristy,
especially if they are a sub. Please help them make sure they not only sign in
but that we can read their signature. It is very important that they develop
that habit now.
2)
Altar Servers should arrive in the sacristy 15 minutes BEFORE Mass is
scheduled to begin.
3)
If your son/daughter is unable to serve at the Mass they have been
scheduled for it is your responsibility to find an alternate! Once an alternate
is found please call the Youth Office at (972) 682-3585 and let us know who the
alternate is.
4)
Even though it is summer, please remind your son/daughter to dress
appropriately during Mass.

encontrará el horario para monaguillos durante el verano (Junio, Julio y
Agosto). Ustedes no recibiran otro horario hasta Septiembre. En ese tiempo
también habrá información acerca del entrenamiento para todos los monaguillos,
para que puedan servir mejor a nuestra Parroquia.
Mientras tanto por favor recuerden lo siguiente:
1)
Los monaguillos necesitan firmar al momento de su llegada en la sacristía,
especialmente si son substitutos. Por favor ayúdenlos a que esten seguros de que
al firmar podamos entender nosotros quién firmo. Es muy importante que
desarrollen ese hábito ahora.
2)
Los monaguillos deberán llegar a la sacristía 15 minutos ANTES de que
comience la Misa.
3)
Si su hijo (a) no puede servir en la Misa ¡es su responsabilidad encontrar un
substituto! Una vez que tenga el nombre, por favor llame a la Oficina de Jóvenes
al (972) 682-3585 para dejar saber quien es el substituto.
4)
A pesar de que es verano, por favor recuérdele a su hijo (a) vestir
apropiadamente durante la Misa.
