At St. Pius X Catholic School, we know how important grandparents are to our students and their families.  Please fill out the following information for each grandparent (or grandparent couple).  This will help us reach all our grandparents when sending information about our school.  This form may be turned in to the school office, to your grandchild’s teacher or by e-mailing to amendoza@spxdallas.org
