Improvements in 2004

In order to keep the facilities relevant, useful and beautiful, a number of small improvement projects take place each year.  These vary in size and scope.  The Church, School, Day Care and Spiritual Life Center all need attention to varying degrees.  Below is a sample of some of the projects in 2004.  There are pictures of the church tile project and the stained glass repair in our history section.

An example of a joint effort with the art class under the direction of Robbie Gavos.

To date 4 pieces of ceramic tile art have been hung in the main building bathrooms.

This is an example of stained glass art.

Time waits for no man.  All clocks in the school are atomic clocks that constantly reset themselves so that everyone is on the same schedule!

Fixtures have been replaced but the most obvious change in four bathrooms has been the new stalls.

A reception office has been created in the school.  This is a modified supply closet that works great!

This is the outside of the primary building.  All windows and doors have been painted, the outside of the foundation sealed and new room signs added.

The flooring matches the hallways of the school in tile color and pattern.

The Church sign was relocated and improved when we constructed this ramp.

This ramp allows for more accessibility to the front of the church.

Floor mat with the SPX symbol are at all of the doors to help with appearance.

Some projects are small like this garden.

New Carpet in the rectory to replace the original carpet from 1969!
